3D Wheel alignment

Wheel alignment means adjusting the angles of the wheels so that they are perpendicular to the ground    and parallel to each other so as to ensure maximum tyre life and a vehicle that tracks straight and true when driving along a straight and level road. If the alignment is out, it can cause excessive tyre wear and steering or tracking problems. By wheel alignment the customer comes to understand the equal and proper distribution of cars weight over the Tyre. We advice the customer to check wheel alignment every 4,000 kms or after 6 months of the delivery of the vehicle using newly   designed Hunter wheel alignment machine.

Wheel balancing

It makes the customer feels safe. The wheels are all aligned so the drive is straight and the   car is not pulling to a particular side.If a wheel is out of balance, it will cause a vibration at high speeds that can be felt in the steering wheel and/or the seat. Wheel balancing is done to exclude imbalance between the disk and disk assembly . If any imbalance is found, small weights are added to the wheel-Rim sides to make sure that the imbalance is removed.

Nitrogen air filling

It makes the customer feels safe. The wheels are all aligned so the drive is straight and the Nitrogen in tyres is becoming a popular replacement for standard air.We always advice our customer to fill the Tyre with pure nitrogen which makes the run cooler, and will reduce failure. It also prevents oxidation, which can cause tread, separation and belt failure Since nitrogen does not carry moisture, it won’t cause rest on the inside of rims and valve stem. With nitrogen tyre inflation, improvements can be noted in a vehicle's handling, fuel efficiency and tire life through better tyre pressure retention, improved fuel economy and cooler running tyre temperatures.

Tubeless tyre repair

Tubeless tyres does not have tubes within it and the inner layer of the tyre is filled with air that is sealed by a butyl wall lining in the interior. This type of car tyre is lined with an air-tight and impermeable material to reduce air permeation and keep the tyres functional. Filler method is one of the most widely accepted methods for puncturing a tubeless tyre. The key advantage of this type of repair method is that the tyre is not required to be removed from the rim.More over tubeless tyres is lighter and provide superior road grip.
